Proofbell

For agencies and partners

Run two hundred clients without hiring.

One login across every client account, a new client cloned from one you have already configured, and an invoice per answered call you can defend. Four agency tiers, published below and set up with us.

Separation between two of your clients is proved rather than asserted: a verification script stands two client accounts up and checks that neither can reach the other's websites, numbers, calls or revenue.

The meeting

The meeting where a client asks where the calls came from.

You can show them form fills by campaign. The calls — usually the expensive half of the enquiries — arrive as a number on a phone bill, and the answer becomes a judgement you are asking them to accept.

Proofbell names the campaign, ad and landing page behind every call, keeps each client's data behind its own account, and sends the revenue that call became back to the platform that earned it. You bring the judgement; the platform brings the line items.

Sample · three of your clients

One login, every client

Partner, account, project. You create a client — the account, its first website and its tag key in one step — and pickers in the header move between clients and between a client's websites, naming what the screen resolved rather than what you asked for.

A new client in one action

Clone a client you have already configured, or start from one of seven vertical templates. A cloned call flow is rebased onto the new client's own number and timezone, so it can never ring the source client's desk, and it is saved as a draft.

Revenue and recordings are separate grants

Can see revenue and can listen to recordings are two permissions, not one. A client stakeholder can have their return without hearing their customers' calls, and sometimes you need exactly the reverse.

Per answered call, so your margin holds

You are not reselling per-minute metering and hoping nobody has a long conversation. Hang-ups under ten seconds and calls our spam scoring flags are excluded, so an invoice you pass on is one you can defend line by line.

The client hears it without logging in

Alerts to their Slack or to named email addresses, and scheduled email reports per website on a cadence you pick. Every agency tier also carries API keys and warehouse export, so the numbers can land in your own reporting instead.

Onboarding

Onboarding a client, in three steps

ONBOARDING · THREE STEPS 1 CREATE OR CLONE THE CLIENT PREVIEWED BEFORE ANYTHING IS BOUGHT 2 INSTALL THE TAG ON THEIR SITE THE SCREEN SAYS WHEN IT WAS SEEN 3 REPORT, THEN INVOICE ONE INVOICE · A LINE NAMING EACH CLIENT CONSOLIDATED INVOICING IS ARRANGED WITH US
One client, start to invoice
  1. Step 1

    Create or clone the client

Preview what a template would change and what its numbers would cost each month before anything is bought, then apply it — or clone a client you have already configured.

  2. Step 2

Install the tag on their site

One script on every page. The tracking screen tells you when the tag has actually been seen, so an onboarding is finished when the product says so rather than when the developer says so.

  3. Step 3

    Report, then invoice

Six attribution models switchable on read, and revenue pushed back to the ad platforms. If you would rather be billed for your clients than have each pay us, we can put your agency on consolidated invoicing — one invoice, a line naming each client.

Why this reads the way it does

Every figure on this page is read from the entitlement the API bills against, not from the page that sells it.

Under scrutiny

Built for the conversation where a client questions the numbers

Six attribution models, switchable on read

When a client disputes a channel you can show the same data under five other models in the same meeting.

A reconciliation line in every report

It must come to zero, and it shows where our numbers differ from Google Ads and why. You will be asked.

Match rates surfaced, not discovered

Every conversion push to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta carries an audit trail and its match rate.

Dry run on by default

A new client integration sends nothing until you turn it off, so nobody's live bidding is corrupted while you set up.

Price

Agency pricing

Published so you can plan a year, and set up with us rather than bought online. All four tiers carry the same measurement set — keyword-level attribution, transcription on every answered call, every ad platform, HubSpot, email and Slack alerts, API keys and warehouse export — so for the most part what separates them is volume and how many clients you may hold.

One exception, worth stating rather than leaving to be found. Markov data-driven attribution and the budget scenario planner are on Agency Pro and Agency Scale only, because they follow the £499 single-company line rather than the agency ladder. Those two things are what modelling means here; marketing mix modelling, incrementality and forecasting are not built and are not sold.

The first call

Straight answers

The questions an agency asks on the first call, including the ones where the answer is no. An agency that finds out mid-migration is a worse outcome for us than one that waits.

Can I put my own brand on it?

Not yet, and it is the one thing these tiers are sold on elsewhere. The branding columns exist and nothing reads them. When it is built, the intention on record is that white label is included on every agency tier rather than sold as an upgrade.

Can I move my clients' existing numbers over?

Number porting is not built. We can arrange a port with the carrier by hand for a small number of lines, and there is no self-serve path — which for an agency with fifty clients is a real reason to wait rather than move.

Will one client see another client's data?

No. Two of your clients are separated by an explicit account filter on every query, not by the database boundary, which sits one level up between your agency and another. A verification script stands two client accounts up and proves neither can reach the other.

Can I add my client's people myself?

Yes. You invite them by email from the client's team screen; invitations last seven days and work once. The limit worth knowing: there is no self-service way to make somebody else an owner, so ask us for that one.

Do I get branded PDF reports?

Not built. Scheduled email reports are — one website per schedule, on a cadence and at a time you choose, with the last send and its outcome shown against the schedule.

Is there a reseller commission?

Not built. Consolidated invoicing is: one invoice covering every client account you hold, each line naming the client and their plan. It is arranged with us rather than switched on at signup, because it changes who we bill for every client under you.

Can I connect my clients' Meta ad accounts?

Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising work per client today. Meta needs App Review before we can act on an ad account that belongs to your client rather than to you.

Is there an SDK or a Zapier app?

Neither is built. API keys are, on all four agency tiers, scoped to one website, one client or your whole agency — and the reference is generated from the running API rather than written by hand.
